Junior Project Manager (IT Service Delivery)

Our client is an IT and data services group with over 20 years of experience specializing in software licensing and software asset management services, as well as delivering progressive cloud and data services to customers in the industries tending towards secure and effective IT management. They help organizations with tech-innovation at any stage of business development, from choosing the right technology platform, meeting the security and regulatory requirements, transforming the decision making with data analytics, and adding the digital innovation and competitive edge with AI and IoT.

Due to the company's growth, they seek an energetic Junior Project Manager to be part of the IT Asset Management (ITAM) team of Licensing Analysts, Technical Consultants and other Project Managers. You will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of IT services to their clients. You will work closely with senior
members of the service delivery team to oversee projects, manage client relationships, and ensure that service level agreements (SLAs), service commitments and project deliverables are met.

  • Salary budget for this role is up to 2000 EUR gross monthly and the final offer will depend on your previous experience and results during the interview process.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage service commitments, project timelines, and budgets;
  • Act as the primary client contact, addressing concerns and questions;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless service delivery;
  • Assist in service improvement initiatives and track key performance indicators (KPIs);
  • Prepare client presentations, reports, and stay informed on industry trends;
  • Assist Senior Delivery Manager in managing client accounts and relationships.

Requirements:

  • Consulting mindset or previous experience in consulting;
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Great organizational and time management abilities;
  • Fluent written and spoken proficiency in both Latvian and English;
  • Proficiency with any project management tool;
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the role.

Nice to Have:

  • Not mandatory to apply, but knowledge of IT service management frameworks like ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) is a plus.
