Your main tasks would be:
- Researching the job market, salary benchmarks, and talent availability
- Develop a sourcing strategy, create pools of relevant candidates, and do cold outreach
- Conducting screening calls with candidates, evaluating their suitability, and creating a presentable summary for the client's hiring manager
- Communication with candidates and hiring managers at all stages of the recruiting process
- Working with different databases and systems, like CRM, Jira, and other
- Participation in networking events and other recruitment initiatives
What we would love to expect from you:
- Previous experience in recruitment or client-facing roles
- Proficient user of LinkedIn, search engines (e.g. Google), project management, and customer relationship management systems
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- High level of responsibility and self-organization
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with a large amount of information
- Comfortable learning and adapting to new technologies and software as needed
- Knowledge of Latvian, English, and Russian languages (we have multi-lingual projects)
- Previous experience in IT recruitment or IT industry will be considered as an advantage
