Finance Manager

Our client is a global IT and software services company with over 20 years of experience and is an official partner of Microsoft. They specialize in providing solutions related to software asset management, cloud services, data analytics, and cybersecurity. The company aims to help organizations optimize their IT investments, ensure software compliance, and enhance their overall technological capabilities.

Currently, the company is looking for a skilled Finance Manager to join their team. This key role will focus on strategic financial planning, cash flow management, and enhancing financial processes to drive the company’s financial success.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic financial planning: develop and execute comprehensive financial plans, budgets, and forecasts
  • Cash flow management: strategize and oversee cash flow while maintaining meticulous records of transactions
  • Control of business transactions: manage profitability and approve financial terms and conditions (such as payment terms, additional guarantees, and collaterals) within authority limits
  • Audit coordination: organize annual financial statement audits and actively participate in the preparation of separate and consolidated statements
  • Financial process enhancement: implement and refine financial management processes, including utilizing the NetSuite accounting system
  • Continuous Improvement: propose and actively participate in enhancing accounting and financial management processes
  • Collaboration and communication: foster collaboration with internal structural units, management teams, and parent company units

Requirements:

  • Higher education in economics, finance,  statistics, or related fields
  • In-depth experience in financial management functions such as planning, budgeting, financial data analysis, and cash flow management
  • Background in audit or accounting will be considered as an advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Excel
  • Strong analytical abilities with precision in interpreting information and the capability to draw meaningful insights
  • A proactive, cooperative, and purposeful personality with a knack for non-standard problem-solving
  • Understanding of basic accounting processes
  • Fluent written and spoken proficiency in both Latvian and English
