They are looking for a dynamic and strategic HR Manager to lead HR processes, develop initiatives, and collaborate with business leaders to drive engagement, enablement, and organizational effectiveness. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead change management (identify & implement) initiatives that align with and support the company’s business strategy.
- Oversee the development and implementation of HR processes, including standardized compensation review policies.
- Foster employee engagement and development to build a motivated and high-performing team.
- Manage recruitment and onboarding processes for new employees.
- Collaborate with the international team to ensure smooth onboarding of employees in a global context, maintaining effective communication with colleagues abroad.
- Work closely with the marketing team to manage social media and strengthen the company’s employer brand.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in HR management or a similar role.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to motivate teams and oversee HR process implementation and office management.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and working with human resources.
- Fluent in Latvian and English languages.
