They specialize in providing solutions related to software asset management, cloud services, data analytics, and cybersecurity. As an IT Infrastructure Solutions Consultant, you will join the Security and Infrastructure department, which is divided into three small, dynamic teams. As part of a team, you'll work on a variety of support and infrastructure projects, and consult with involved parties and clients. Responsibilities:
- Take part in IT infrastructure projects - assessment, planning, implementation, migration, and maintenance;
- Set up and configure solutions according to requirements, advise, and consult involved parties and clients;
- Assist existing and potential customers in understanding technology challenges, implementing new solutions, and maintaining existing ones;
- Support customers and help to resolve their submitted tickets;
- Perform customer training and lead workshops for customers;
- Explore new solutions and possibilities to develop the customer’s IT environment with the alignment of customers’ necessities and our possibilities.
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience as a computer systems administrator or similar role;
- Expertise in Windows workstations/servers, and Microsoft Cloud services (M365, Azure);
- Strong communication skills in Lithuanian and English languages;
- Ability and willingness to learn new technologies.
It would be great if you have any of the following:
- Experience in IT project management and experience working with clients;
- Understanding of basic networking principles;
- Experience or interest in Cybersecurity;
- Higher education in the field of IT, or a related field;
- Experience or understanding with Windows Active Directory;
- Experience with Cloud services e.g. Microsoft Azure.
