As an IT Infrastructure Solutions Consultant, you will join the Security and Infrastructure department, which is divided into three small, dynamic teams. As part of a team, you'll work on a variety of support and infrastructure projects, and consult with involved parties and clients. Responsibilities:
- Take part in IT infrastructure projects - assessment, planning, implementation, migration, and maintenance;
- Set up and configure solutions according to requirements, advise, and consult involved parties and clients;
- Assist existing and potential customers in understanding technology challenges, implementing new solutions, and maintaining existing ones;
- Support customers and help to resolve their submitted tickets;
- Perform customer training and lead workshops for customers;
- Explore new solutions and possibilities to develop the customer’s IT environment with the alignment of customers’ necessities and our possibilities.
Requirements:
- At least 1+ years of experience as a Windows Systems Administrator, IT Systems Engineer or a similar role;
- Experience with Windows workstations/servers and Microsoft products. For example, Microsoft 365 or Azure;
- Strong communication skills in Lithuanian and English;
- Constant learning is part of your routine to become a better professional;
- You are open to working in a project-based environment with local and international clients (e.g. system admins), helping them to modernize their IT infrastructure with Microsoft products.
Not mandatory to apply, but any of the following is a plus:
- Understanding of IT project Management;
- Experience working with clients;
- Understanding of basic networking principles;
- Experience or interest in cybersecurity
- Experience with Windows Active Directory;
- Experience with Microsoft Intune, Azure Health Check or Microsoft 365 security assessment.
