Responsibilities
- Provide installation, configuration and maintenance of network hardware (e.g. Mikrotik, HP) and its software according to customer needs
- Provide installation, configuration and maintenance of server hardware (e.g. Dell, HP) and its software (e.g. Linux, Windows) according to customer needs
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and group policies across Linux systems and Windows Active Directory (AD)
- Perform monitoring of already deployed customer computer networks and their performance using Zabbix solutions
- Contribute to the development of open-source cloud infrastructure solutions
- Maintain a container platform
Requirements
- Skills in administering Linux and Windows servers and virtualisers
- Skills in the installation and administration of LAN/WAN computer network elements, including VPN, device management
- Basic experience in maintaining IT solutions
- Understanding of networking concepts (DNS, firewall, routing, TLS)
- Understanding of open-source technologies and community
- Proficiency in English and a good level of Latvian
- Good communication skills and a willingness to work in a team

- Experience with version control (e.g., Git)
- Understanding of containerization (e.g., Docker, OpenShift)
- Understanding ITIL, Agile principles, Scrum
