Technical Project Manager

Our partner is a company specializing in the engineering and manufacturing of biogas upgrading systems for anaerobic digesters and landfill-based projects. As a member of leading biogas associations in both North America and Europe, they have evolved from producing compact gas treatment units to delivering full-scale systems and plant solutions—supporting the future of renewable energy by covering the entire gas generation and treatment cycle.

Currently, the company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Project Manager to oversee the execution of their manufacturing projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparation and review of technical specifications/contracts
  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial order placement (OP) to the final acceptance of the plant installations
  • Develop, manage, and monitor project schedules to ensure timely delivery and adherence to scope and delivery terms
  • Serve as the primary communication link between engineering teams, suppliers, manufacturers, and customers to ensure smooth project execution
  • Ensure all project documentation is complete and signed off by clients, facilitating a smooth handover process
  • Occasionally travel to installation sites to oversee the final stages of project execution and plant installation

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering (a plus) or in a related field
  • Proven experience in project management, particularly in plant manufacturing systems or process industry
  • Strong organizational, scheduling, and negotiation skills
  • Good understanding of P&IDs and complex technical components and their implementation
  • Familiar with plant engineering related regulations (PED / DVGW / electrical codes / Atex...)
  • Ability to maintain customer focus and manage client relationships
  • Flexibility to travel occasionally as needed for project oversight and installation supervision/commissioning support
  • Proficiency in English
