Head of Marketing and PR

Our partner is a multiproduct drone software company and unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) integration services provider. Founded in 2013 in Latvia as a UAV mission planning and flight control start-up, the company has evolved from a developer of a single flagman product to a market leader of multiple drone solutions. They have created a rich global customer and reseller network in 150+ countries with over 45% of partners located in North America.
In this role, you'll report directly to the CEO, join the Marketing team of 10 people and be the driving force behind their brand's visibility, product promotion, lead generation, and overall business success.

  • Base monthly salary up to 6500 EUR gross;
  • Annual bonus based on achieved KPIs can reach the total annual salary up to 100 000 EUR gross;

Main responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategy that will take brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth to the next level;
  • Drive lead generation efforts by overseeing marketing campaigns, leveraging a mix of digital marketing, content creation, events, and other relevant channels;
  • Lead a team of Marketing and PR superheroes, fostering collaboration, creativity, and professional growth;
  • Dive into data analytics and market research to gain insights into customer behavior, industry trends, and the competitive landscape;
  • Help to conquer the digital marketing realm - SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, online advertising;
  • Collaborate with the sales teams to arm them with sales enablement tools;
  • Maximize brand presence on various channels by cultivating and maintaining relationships with media and influential professionals.

General requirements:

  • International B2B marketing experience in companies at the interface between Software/Hardware or Internet of Things;
  • A deep understanding of marketing principles and techniques - inbound, outbound, lead generation, and marketing automation;
  • A track record of executing B2B marketing campaigns across various channels;
  • Marketing team or department management experience;
  • Strong communication skills - both verbal and in written format;
  • Analytical mindset, you are capable to drawing strategic conclusions from data.

Will be considered as advantage:

  • Background in PR.

Additional info:

  • They have offices in Riga, Austin/Texas and Belgrade;
  • Full-time, permanent employment contract. If you are not from Latvia or Serbia, a B2B or individual contributor type of contract agreement is also possible.
