Your responsibilities:

• Provides comprehensive support to both company employees and customers, ensuring their IT needs are met efficiently;
• Manages Microsoft 365 services to optimize productivity and collaboration across the organization;
• Maintain and support the company's computers and software, and complete documents.

Job requirements:

• Experience in the installation and administration of Microsoft Operating Systems;
• Experience with one or more: Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, Dynamics 365 FFO, Dynamics 365 for Sales, and Microsoft SQL Server administration;
• Understanding of computer network design, topology, and maintenance;
• Familiarity with PowerShell scripting;
• Fluent knowledge of Latvian and good knowledge of English.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge and administration of Microsoft Azure services;
• Competence in Zabbix administration;
• Experience in JavaScript and PHP languages.
